Diyali Biswas (BSc, MBA) is an entrepreneur who owns and operates multiple businesses in the hospitality sector. Her cafe, "Coffee O Kobita" is Shyambazar's first and most popular cafe. Nihar on the Ganges was Diyali's attempt to prevent the property from coming apart from the seams. In that attempt, she found that the investment to restore the place was too high for her to bear personally. Thus, she decided to open the property to guests so that people could have the chance to experience the tranquility of spending time at the property and in turn act as the revenue stream required to restore and maintain the place. And that is how Nihar on the Ganges was born.
